Keep project waste clearly accounted for
Staged collections
We can discuss removal during a project or once the job is complete.
Loads assessed by type
Light debris and dense material are identified before collection.
Clear asbestos boundary
We exclude suspected asbestos and direct you to specialist handling.
Clear debris during or after building work
Renovation, building and strip-out work can quickly fill the space needed to continue the job. We collect suitable offcuts, unwanted materials and general site debris in Paignton, either during a project or after it is complete. Staged collections can keep working areas clearer when waste builds up over time, while a final collection can remove the remainder. Tell us what each part of the load contains instead of describing everything as builders' waste. Material type, approximate volume and weight all affect the collection, particularly when light packaging is mixed with timber, fixtures or dense debris.

Separate dense loads and excluded material
Rubble and hardcore need different planning from lighter building waste because weight becomes the main limit. If most of the load is masonry-based, describe the pile dimensions and material so we can assess it as dense waste. We also need to know how close our vehicle can get and whether the route includes steps or narrow access. We never collect asbestos. If you know or suspect that material contains asbestos, don't disturb or mix it with other debris. Leave it for a specialist company to assess and remove.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as builders' waste for collection?
Suitable loads may include project offcuts, unwanted materials and general non-hazardous site debris. Name the materials rather than using one broad label, as mixed items, rubble and intact building products may need different planning.
Can waste be collected before the project ends?
Yes, staged collections can be discussed where debris is building up during the work. Tell us what is ready, the estimated amount and how loading will take place. Each visit remains subject to availability and an agreed plan.
Will we take asbestos with building debris?
No. We don't accept asbestos or suspected asbestos-containing material. Don't break, move or hide it within the load. A specialist company must assess the material and arrange its safe removal separately.
