We collect agreed surplus materials directly from the project.
Awkward lengths planned
Dimensions and handling routes are discussed before we arrive.
Rubble identified separately
Dense loose debris is assessed apart from intact materials.
Remove materials left after project work
Construction, refurbishment and property maintenance can leave intact or partly used materials that are no longer needed. We collect suitable surplus building products in Paignton without requiring you to arrange a skip for the remainder of the project. Name each material and estimate its quantity, dimensions and weight when you call. Long boards, heavy pieces and awkward products all need suitable loading space. Keeping the materials together near a clear route can help, but don't place them where they obstruct access or create a handling problem before the collection is agreed.

Distinguish materials from loose rubble
Leftover building products aren't always planned in the same way as broken rubble and hardcore. Dense loose debris requires weight-led load planning, while intact materials may be limited by their length, shape or handling needs. Tell us if the collection includes both, so each part can be assessed. We also need to know about steps, narrow routes and how close our vehicle can get. Any material suspected of containing asbestos must remain untouched and outside the load. A specialist company must assess and remove it separately.
Frequently asked questions
What details should we give for building materials?
Name the materials and provide approximate quantities, lengths and weights where possible. Tell us about long, sharp, heavy or awkward pieces and explain whether the products are intact, broken or mixed with other debris.
Can rubble be included with leftover materials?
It can be discussed, but rubble and hardcore must be identified separately because their density changes load planning. Give pile dimensions and material details rather than counting dense debris as ordinary leftover products.
What should we do about suspected asbestos?
Leave it untouched and don't mix it with the collection. We don't accept suspected asbestos-containing materials. Contact a specialist company that can assess the product and arrange the correct removal method.
